Email to remember your password

Everyone already knows that our emails have filters when we receive new messages and separate what they believe is SPAM or otherwise, something important. And as we sent you emails from time to time (with new password, promotions, with important communicates) we ask you to follow a few pointers on how not to miss anything we have prepared for you:

- Who uses GMAIL: often our emails can go to your other tabs, not the inbox. Always check these places if our email is not there.

- Who uses UOL: it is important to put that emails with domain @promob.com are allowed to come to your inbox.

- Who uses other services: always stay tuned on your special boxes such as SPAM, since it is possible that our emails are not recognized as important.
